Marc 1 doesn’t believe in playing games with other agents or clients, and I really respect this. I was retired for a while before deciding to get my realtor’s license, but in the time I have been with this team, I have found that agents must be able to relate to people and speak easily and freely about anything. Of course, knowledge plays a large part, but I believe the ability to know how to positively interact with people is first and foremost.
